Thursday 27th March:

Coach: Before leaving. please attach a label to your suitcase (cases under 15kg please) and anything else you may want to put in the coach hold. Food and drink may be consumed on the coach but please remember the driver has to clean the coach afterwards. We use Fishbourne to Portsmouth and may stop at the delightful Rownhams Services for a short while.

PickUp: Pick-ups, as informed, are Coppins Bridge Car Park at 9:15, back to Shanklin, Sandown, Ryde and on to Fishbourne at 10:45. Please be a bit early, as that makes our Driver Happy! Suitcases to be labelled. The Coach should be a big white one with 'Daishs' written on the front. Seats have been allocated. Expect to arrive at the Prince Regent Hotel around 3pm. Hotel staff will take your case off the Coach and leave it outside your allocated Room.

SelfDrives: If possible please label your case with your name and 'Self Drive'. The Car Parking areas, signed 'Daishs', are out the back of the Hotel in Victoria Street. There is a small back door into the Hotel.

Registration: You get your room number, key, and table number on arrival. If you are sharing, please Register with your Sharer - you might get two keys. Please let Reception know if you have special dietary needs. Please also fill in your meal choice for tonight, including telling reception if you will not be eating in (ie doing the Sub60!). Any problems with your Room, please tell Reception.

Friday Dinner: Evening Meal at 6:30pm, mind the rush. At Evening Meal, you are asked to make your breakfast choice. So, if you're not dining in, please ask Reception for a breakfast choice slip when you Register.

Thursday 27th March Hash:

'SUB 60 H3' Trail around Weymouth 19:00hrs. Rosie setting evening Hash from the Railway Tavern Function Room (DT4 7HZ). So IF you want to do the R#n, please tell Hotel, on arrival, you will not be Dining. Rumours of food available to purchase Apres, or Spoons etc in Town.

IF you are Hotel Dining, then please come along to the Apres after Pudding. And then Explore around WeyBitha Town!


Friday 28th March

Ice-Breaker Swim outside the Hotel TBA.

Breakfast 8:30am & Evening Meal 6:30pm

Portland Trail set by Gravelrash of Hardys H3 at 11am. After Breakfast, catch local bus No1 from Main Stops (On the Quarters, takes 30mins) at the Main Bus Stops (King's Statue), or you can pick it up opposite the Railway Station. If you are young enough not to have a Bus Pass, ask the Driver about Day Tickets or Group Tickets (Have to stay in Groups of Five). Get off at the George Inn which is on the Top of the Hill, and after Easton Village. The Pub ONLY takes Cards, not Cash. More information later about optional lunch booking - Note: 01305 592810 speak to Martin.

Saturday 29th March

Saturday Evening Social at Hotel: In the evening, immediately after Dinner, there will be entertainment and a Disco, till Midnight, in the Prince Regent Hotel 'Coronet Suite' and Day Bar, left as you enter. Theme - "A Day On The Beach". No high heels to be worn due to carpeting. We expect to have a barrel of Real Ale for £4-odd!


Sunday 30th March

Breakfast 8:30am; Evening Meal 6:30pm

HARDYS Hash at the Springhead, Sutton Poyntz, North of Preston DT3 6LW. Buses start at the Statue and also stop outside the Hotel. Closest stop to Springhead pub is 'Sevenacres Road'. To be early, get the 10am No4 Bus, or you can get the one at 10.40, but we need to walk about 10mins to the start of the Hash (They will postpone start until we get there). Full Details to be Confirmed.

Coachies: In the Evening, you will be asked to leave your bag outside your room at some unearthly hour on Monday morning.


Monday 31st March - Departure Day.

Breakfast 8:00am (SelfDrives can go in at 8:30).

Coachies: Don't wander far away after breakfast until you know when our Coach is leaving! Leave your key! Return via Portsmouth. Coach Drivers are usually friendly, and 'may' agree to drop you off at any Bus Stop along our route back on the Island.
